Can I switch plans?

What happens if I add a second unit on Free?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to Growth ($12/mo). Your existing data is never deleted.
Do you take a cut of rent payments?
No. ACH fees (0.8% capped at $5) and card fees (2.9% + $0.30) are Stripe's standard processing rates — passed through transparently. Tenby takes zero markup.
